این نشریه با بهره‌گیری از اصول و سازوکارهای علمی، تلاش می‌کند بدون هرگونه سوگیری شخصی، سازمانی یا جایگاهی، مقالات را صرفاً بر پایه معیارهای علمی و کیفیت پژوهش مورد ارزیابی و پذیرش قرار دهد. در همین راستا، رویکردهای زیر در فرآیند داوری و انتشار مقالات مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.

دقت علمی: به‌منظور تضمین کیفیت علمی مقالات، فرآیند داوری به‌صورت تخصصی و دوسوکور (Double-Blind Peer Review) انجام می‌شود. در این شیوه، هویت نویسندگان و داوران برای یکدیگر ناشناس است؛ به‌گونه‌ای که نه نویسندگان از هویت داوران آگاه می‌شوند و نه داوران و اعضای هیئت تحریریه از هویت نویسندگان اطلاع خواهند داشت. این فرآیند، زمینه ارزیابی منصفانه، بی‌طرفانه و مبتنی بر معیارهای علمی را فراهم می‌کند.

سرعت: در فرایند داوری و انتشار یکی از عوامل مؤثر در کاهش انگیزه پژوهشگران، طولانی شدن روند بررسی، داوری و تصمیم‌گیری درباره مقالات است. ازاین‌رو، این نشریه می‌کوشد با بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای اجرایی و بهره‌گیری از نظامی کارآمد، مدت‌زمان بررسی، داوری و اعلام نتیجه را تا حد امکان کاهش دهد تا پژوهشگران در کوتاه‌ترین زمان ممکن از وضعیت مقاله خود ،آگاه شوند. 

دسترسی آزاد (Open Access): امروزه دسترسی آزاد به نتایج پژوهش‌های علمی، یکی از ارکان اصلی توسعه دانش و گسترش تعاملات علمی در سطح ملی و بین‌المللی به شمار می‌رود. همان‌گونه که آگاهید، یکی از مهم‌ترین مراحل هر پژوهش، انتشار و انتقال یافته‌های آن به جامعه علمی و بهره‌برداران دانش است. پژوهشی که منتشر نشود یا در دسترس مخاطبان قرار نگیرد، نمی‌تواند نقش مؤثری در توسعه علم و حل مسائل جامعه ایفا کند. از این‌رو، این نشریه با پیروی از سیاست دسترسی آزاد، تمامی مقالات پذیرفته‌شده را به‌صورت الکترونیکی و بدون محدودیت در اختیار پژوهشگران، استادان، دانشجویان و سایر علاقه‌مندان قرار می‌دهد. این رویکرد موجب افزایش رؤیت‌پذیری، دسترسی و میزان استفاده از مقالات، گسترش استنادهای علمی، و در نهایت ارتقای تأثیرگذاری پژوهش‌های منتشرشده خواهد شد.

Using scientific principles and mechanisms, this journal attempts to evaluate and accept articles solely on the basis of scientific criteria and research quality without any personal, organizational or positional bias. In this regard, the following approaches have been considered in the process of reviewing and publishing articles.

Scientific accuracy: In order to ensure the scientific quality of articles, the review process is carried out in a specialized and double-blind peer review. In this method, the identities of authors and reviewers are unknown to each other; in such a way that neither the authors are aware of the identity of the reviewers, nor the reviewers and members of the editorial board are aware of the identity of the authors. This process provides the basis for fair, impartial and scientific criteria-based evaluation.

Speed: In the review and publication process, one of the effective factors in reducing researchers' motivation is the lengthy process of reviewing, reviewing and making decisions about articles. Therefore, this journal strives to reduce the time for review, evaluation, and announcement of results as much as possible by optimizing the implementation processes and utilizing an efficient system so that researchers can be informed of the status of their article in the shortest possible time.

Open Access: Today, open access to the results of scientific research is considered one of the main pillars of knowledge development and the expansion of scientific interactions at the national and international levels. As you know, one of the most important stages of any research is the publication and transfer of its findings to the scientific community and knowledge users. Research that is not published or not available to the audience cannot play an effective role in the development of science and solving societal problems. Therefore, this journal, following the open access policy, makes all accepted articles available electronically and without restrictions to researchers, professors, students, and other interested parties. This approach will increase the visibility, accessibility, and usage of articles, expand scientific citations, and ultimately enhance the impact of published research.
